Before our consultation, please take time to prepare your key information. This includes your business idea, target audience, any branding or content you already have, and questions you’d like to ask. Being prepared helps us make the most of our 15-minute session together and ensures I can give you the best guidance.

Can I book another Google Meet call after the free session?

No, the 15-minute 1-on-1 Google Meet Session is a one-time free consultation. If you wish to have another Google Meet Session in the future, it will not be free and is a separate consultation fee will apply. Please make sure to prepare and ask all your important questions during your free session.

Google Meet Preparation Checklist

To make sure we have a smooth and focused session, please follow this quick checklist before our meeting:

1. Check Your Appointment Time

Make sure your local time zone is correct
Be ready at least 5 minutes early

2. Use a Laptop or Desktop (Recommended)

Bigger screen helps with visibility, especially for sign language
Phones are okay, but may be harder for typing or screen sharing

3. Use a Stable Internet Connection

Wi-Fi or LAN cable is best
Close other apps or tabs that may slow down your connection

4. Prepare Good Lighting

Make sure your face and hands are clearly visible
Avoid sitting with your back to a window (too much shadow)

5. Adjust Your Camera

Position the camera so your face and hands are both visible
Use a stand or prop your device up without shaking or holding

6. Prepare Questions or Topics

Write down your most important questions
Be ready to share your goals, struggles, or plans
This helps us stay focused and use our 15 minutes wisely

7. Join via the Google Meet Link in Your Email

Click the link 2–5 minutes before the session starts
No download needed and it works in your browser
If Google asks for permission, click “Allow” for mic and camera

8. Respectful Use

This session is for you only
Please do not invite others unless approved
Keep background noise to a minimum for better focus

What if I miss my Google Meet appointment or show up late?

You can add a note like: "If you miss the session or are more than 10 minutes late without notice, it will be considered used. Please respect the time provided."

How do I reschedule my Google Meet Session if I have an emergency?

Contact me at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Only one reschedule is allowed.

What happens after the consultation?

You’ll receive a recap via email and can continue building your business using your new website. You may also request paid support if needed.

Is the consultation available in sign language to communicate?

Yes, absolutely! I am a Deaf entrepreneur, I communicate naturally using sign language. If you’re Deaf or hard of hearing, you’ll feel comfortable during our session. I also use screen sharing, written notes, visual slides, and clear explanations to make sure everything is easy to understand. This is a safe space where you don’t have to worry about communication barriers.

How do I pay for another consultation if I want one later?

If you book more than one free session using the same name or email, the booking will be automatically cancelled. This free call is for first-time clients only.

If you'd like to continue with me after the free call, a paid consultation (USD $100) will be available for deeper strategy or guidance for 60 minutes. Please feel free to contact me If you want.
