When you are an employee, you are required to work from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. Most of your quality time with family is pushed into the weekends.

I know you do not want to waste hours each day commuting alongside everyone else. You also do not want to feel tied to an office, living by someone else’s schedule, week after week.
