What is the cost of a consulting session?
  • The cost per session is free.

  • 1-hour session hosted via Google Meet.

  • Step-by-step advice tailored to your online business goals

  • Links, resources, and any templates discussed during the session will be provided.

How long is the consultation?

Each consultation session is 60 minutes (1 hour) long via Google Meet or any platform we agree on. You’ll get focused, personalized advice during this time.

What topics can I ask about during the consultation?

You can ask anything related to starting or growing your online business. Topics include digital product ideas, pricing strategy, email marketing, Systeme io setup, content planning, personal branding, and more. I’ll guide you based on where you are right now.

What if I only need a small fix or tweak for my business?

If you're unsure whether your 'little fix' is truly small, just send me a message on Messenger or email me at support@thealbertng.com and let me know what you need help with.

If you decide to book it, that’s absolutely fine, but please be respectful of the time.

What happens after I make the payment?

Once your payment is complete, I have a comprehensive onboarding process ready for you.

After payment, you’ll be redirected to a thank you page.

After completing numerous projects like this, I know the process inside and out.

You’ll receive checklists to follow, templates to complete, and a thorough onboarding process.

This is your preparation and your homework to ensure our 1:1 sessions are as productive as possible.

Once your preparation is complete, you'll receive a calendar link to schedule your first session with me.

Will the session be in sign language or voice?

As a Deaf entrepreneur, I use sign language and visual communication methods. If you are hearing and need help understanding, I can also use written notes, screen sharing, or slides. Everyone is welcome, and I’ll make sure the session fits your needs.

What happens after the consultation?

You will receive a summary of what we discussed (if needed) and action steps to move forward. If you want continued support, you can book another session later.

Google Meet Preparation Checklist

To make sure we have a smooth and focused session, please follow this quick checklist before our meeting:

1. Check Your Appointment Time

  • Make sure your local time zone is correct

  • Be ready at least 5 minutes early

2. Use a Laptop or Desktop (Recommended)

  • Bigger screen helps with visibility, especially for sign language

  • Phones are okay, but may be harder for typing or screen sharing

3. Use a Stable Internet Connection

  • Wi-Fi or LAN cable is best

  • Close other apps or tabs that may slow down your connection

4. Prepare Good Lighting

  • Make sure your face and hands are clearly visible

  • Avoid sitting with your back to a window (too much shadow)

5. Adjust Your Camera

  • Position the camera so your face and hands are both visible

  • Use a stand or prop your device up without shaking or holding

6. Prepare Questions or Topics

  • Write down your most important questions

  • Be ready to share your goals, struggles, or plans

  • This helps us stay focused and use our 60 minutes wisely

7. Join via the Google Meet Link in Your Email

  • Click the link 2–5 minutes before the session starts

  • No download needed and it works in your browser

  • If Google asks for permission, click “Allow” for mic and camera

8. Respectful Use

  • This session is for you only

  • Please do not invite others unless approved

  • Keep background noise to a minimum for better focus

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes but you must contact me at least 24 hours in advance. Only one reschedule is allowed. If you miss your appointment without notice, it will be considered used.

How do I pay for the consultation?

You can pay using Stripe or PayPal through my checkout page. You can use a credit card or debit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. After your payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and a booking link for your session.

Can you build my website during this session?

No, this consultation is for strategy, guidance, and support only. If you want me to build your website, please feel free to contact me about my Done-For-You Website Service.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

No, there are no hidden fees at all.

You only pay for the one-on-one sessions you book with me.

I do offer extra services like tech support or advanced setup help but those are completely optional.

If you find them helpful, you can choose to add them.

Also, keep in mind about any tools you use, like your email marketing platform or course software, are separate and not included in my services.

Is there a refund policy in place?

No, there is no refund policy because this is a digital and personalized service. Once the work begins or digital content is delivered, it cannot be returned. I put in time, effort, and resources to create your custom website and offer you valuable support.
