What is the cost of a consulting session?

For $100, your 1-hour session includes:

A private, one-on-one video call via Google Meet.

How long is the consultation?

Each consultation session is 60 minutes (1 hour) long and is held via Google Meet. You’ll get focused, personalized advice during this time.

What topics can I ask about during the consultation?

We can discuss the strategic side of your online business, including:

Finding your niche and validating your product or service idea.
Planning your sales funnel and email marketing strategy.
Creating a content plan that attracts your ideal customers.

Please Note: This session is for creating your strategic action plan. If during our call we find you need hands-on help to build things like your website or sales funnel, I will explain the process and pricing for my Done-With-You Service.

What happens after I make the payment?

Immediately after your payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page with a link to my calendar. There, you can instantly book your 60-minute session at a time that works for you.

You will also receive a short, simple questionnaire by email. This helps me understand your goals before our call, so we can make the most of our time together.

Will the session be in sign language or voice?

As a Deaf entrepreneur, I use sign language and visual communication methods. If you are hearing and need help understanding, I can also use written notes, screen sharing, or slides. Everyone is welcome, and I’ll make sure the session fits your needs.

What happens after the consultation?

After our session, you will receive a clear summary of your custom action plan and the next steps we discussed.

You also have one week of email support to ask any follow-up questions about your plan.

Many clients are ready to execute their plan on their own. For those who decide they would like hands-on help to build it like creating their website or funnel, I offer a separate Done-With-You Service. We can discuss if this is the right fit for you during or after our call.

To ensure our session is smooth and productive, please follow this simple checklist:

Before the Call:

1. Confirm Your Time: Double-check the appointment time in your local time zone.

2. Test Your Tech:

Use a laptop or desktop for the best experience (a bigger screen is better for visual communication).
Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
Find a quiet place with minimal background noise.

3. Set Up Your Camera:

Position your camera so your face and hands are clearly visible.
Make sure you have good lighting in front of you (avoid sitting with a window behind you).

4. Prepare Your Thoughts:

Write down your most important questions and goals for our session.

Joining the Call:

Click the Google Meet link from your email 2-5 minutes before our start time.
No download is needed. It works directly in your browser.
When prompted, please allow access to your microphone and camera.

This preparation helps us make the most of our 60 minutes together.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, you can reschedule your session if you contact me at least 24 hours before our scheduled appointment.

Please note that only one reschedule is permitted per booking. If you miss your session without giving 24 hours' notice, it will be marked as completed and no refund will be issued.

How do I pay for the consultation?

You can pay using Stripe or PayPal through my checkout page. You can use a credit card or debit card even if you don’t have a PayPal account. After your payment is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions and a booking link for your session.

Can you build my website during this session?

No, this consultation is for strategy and guidance only. If you'd like me to personally help you build your website, please ask me about my Done-With-You Website Service.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

No, there are no hidden fees. The price you see is for the 60-minute strategy session only.

Please note that any third-party tools or platforms we discuss like email marketing software or website hosts have their own separate subscription costs that are not included.

After our session, if you need hands-on implementation help, I offer separate Done-With-You services at an additional cost. These are always optional and we will discuss them only if you are interested.

Is there a refund policy in place?

Due to the custom, time-sensitive nature of the strategic advice provided, I do not offer refunds for completed or missed consultation sessions.
